Where Mindfulness Science meets Pain Science.  Mindfulness refers to every human's ability to pay attention to the present movement experience and willing to accept what is.  Much like stress management, we can use this practice to address pain and discomfort.  We can bridge this connection utilizing the power of paying attention to create more comfort with physical activity.
