UCLA Ornish Lifestyle Medicine is the only program scientifically proven to prevent, stop and even reverse (“undo”) heart disease by helping participants make significant lifestyle changes.

This free workshop presented by the UCLA Ornish Lifestyle Medicine team will explore the key program elements through discussion and interactive exercises.

Hi James, Unfortunately we don’t offer an online version for the program. The UCLA Ornish Lifestyle Program is a 10-week-long program hosted at UCLA. Patients can enter the program through referral by their primary care physician or cardiologist, or by self-referral.
