Our lovely OB residents Kim Dessources (R4) and Julie Hein (R3) have been amazing partners of our OB team. Kim has had many tough cases and situations which she has led the team, as chief, through. Julie just coming back from having a baby and jumping in with both feet and handling the high dynamics of the unit and still managing her newborns needs (breast-pumping) has been inspiring to watch. Both residents are doing an awesome job of communicating, creating team discussion and care planning. Not to mention providing excellent patient care. I would like to recognize both these doctors for all that they do for our unit and patients. Thank you!
