UCLA Nurse Midwives

We are so glad we chose to entrust both of our sons' pregnancies and deliveries to UCLA's midwives, and will always be grateful to them.

It's...Jerry, Amy and 'lil Timmy...we're all doing great! We just had our first pediatrician visit this afternoon and everything is looking terrific. Timmy gained back the weight he lost and is now at 8 lb 8 oz; his birth weight was 8 lb 7 oz.

I had a wonderful experience with the UCLA midwives' practice. It was easy to schedule appointments and I was always seen promptly. The midwives, nurses, and other staff were very accommodating of my two year-old son when I brought him to appointments.

It is now just a little over one year that you have delivered my baby girl, Zoë. I wanted to thank you so very much, especially Susan who was on call the night I delivered!

It was really important for me and my husband to have a natural child birth due to the fact that I said that with my first, but I just didn’t have the strength or will power to get over the pain.
