Description
How can art help temper storms of emotion, defuse conflicts, and get tasks done? Find out on Saturday, June 15th, from 10:00 to 11:30 am, at "Raising Connected, Happy, Successful Kids through Art"—a free, inaugural workshop sponsored by UCLArts & Healing for anyone with a child/teen in their life, personally or professionally. It is intended for adults only.
Based on the book, The Innovative Parent: Raising Connected, Happy, Successful Kids through Art, authors Erica Curtis, art therapist, and Ping Ho, Founder & Director of UCLArts & Healing, will present simple and practical hands-on art activities, inspired by the field of art therapy, to help children of all ages understand their emotions, communicate when words aren’t working, strengthen relationships, and develop problem-solving skills.
Reserve your seat today at uclartsandhealing.org/programs and feel free to share this opportunity with others who may benefit from the workshop.
