This ADA-certified self-care class will help you gain important skills, knowledge and confidence
to successfully manage your diabetes. A physician referral is required. Covered by most medical
insurance policies.
Offered in two sessions. Class 1 covers survival skills that can be taken as a stand-alone and must be taken before the advanced class 2.
