Kathleen Van Dyk, PhD, UCLA neuropsychologist, will discuss and answer attendees' questions concerning cognitive problems after cancer treatment. Symptoms may be problems with memory, being able to focus, finding the right word or name, and multi-tasking as well as one could before cancer treatments. Dr. Van Dyk will cover the scientific understanding about why these symptoms occur and how we can manage them.
