Our culture tells us that we are old at 65. That may have been true in our grandparents days, but in 2020, our life span is increasing rapidly and the 80 year old today is equivalent to the 60 year old of previous generations. This workshop will de-bunk many of these myths and explore how your physical and mental attitude and condition can meet the challenge!
