UCLA Nephrology is inviting you to a scheduled virtual Zoom meeting
This introductory workshop is structured in two parts. The first part presents the fundamentals of Machine Learning and AI, covering core concepts such as sampling, the bias-variance tradeoff, loss, risk, and empirical risk, along with illustrative examples of several classical machine learning algorithms. The second part (in October) highlights a selection of our group's research on the application of AI in medicine, with particular emphasis on Neurology.
