Asian Health Quarterly
The Center for Asian Health is pleased to announce the upcoming session (November 19th, 2025) of the Asian Health Quarterly Series, titled AAPI Issues in Neurological Disorders.
This session will feature Dr. Lekha Rao, triple board-certified in Neurology/Child Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Epilepsy, and Associate Professor of Pediatric Neurology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
Dr. Rao will discuss the unique challenges and disparities faced by Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities in the context of neurological conditions, highlighting factors that influence diagnosis, treatment, and access to care.
