Solomon Scholars Research Day is designed to highlight resident physician scholarship, including original research (bench, clinical, translational, or health services); clinical vignettes; quality improvement; and medical education innovation. The program will include a poster session and oral presentations (one resident from each residency program will be selected to give an oral presentation). All participants are eligible for raffle prizes. We encourage all residents to participate!
To participate, please complete an abstract form and mentor acknowledgement form, and submit here by April 26, 2024.

Parking
UCLA Employees
- If you have a UCLA parking e-permit, limited cross parking is available at the SV Parking Structure (closest to Covel Commons) or Parking Structure 7. You can obtain a 1-Day cross-parking permit at no cost through the Bruin ePermit Portal on the morning of the event. More information about cross parking is available here.
- If you have a UCLA parking e-permit and plan to park in your assigned structure, account for time to walk to the venue (Covel Commons is a 20-25 minute walk from Structure 1).
- If you do not have a UCLA parking e-permit and plan to drive to campus, UCLA employees can purchase a discounted daily permit through the Bruin ePermit Portal. Learn more about discounted daily parking here.
