UC Discounted Travel Resources
The University of California system has extensive travel contracts that are available to all employees through the UCLA Travel website. The rates for hotels, cars, and (though not relevant today) flights are well negotiated rates that leverage the purchasing power of the UC system. These rates are available for personal as well as business use. When using the system for personal travel, please be sure to indicate this during the booking process.
If you are looking for these resources, here is how to navigate to the travel website and make a booking:
STEP 1:
Go to https://travel.ucop.edu/connexxus/ and select UCLA. Continue to log in with your UCLA Logon credentials.
STEP 2:
Next page: Select "Book Online"
STEP 3:
Select BCD Travel. (Occasionally it may loop you back to selecting "Book Online" again).
STEP 4:
Make your selections and check out remembering to select "Personal Travel."
