I have been an officer in the Army for about 30 years and have been across the globe and received health care at a multitude of different locations. The Care, internal fortitude, pre-thoughts that Melissa displayed were incomparable to any that I received ever. I just wanted to personally thank her for the professionalism and level of detailed attention she paid to my needs. It goes to show the unquestionable character and leadership she has for her craft. Thank you many many times over.
