Enjoying Stretch Break

“We’re getting out here and stretching our limbs a little bit, getting some fresh air,” enthuses Lauren Jordan, a nursing administrator at UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica. “This is my first time coming to Stretch Breaks. It was really good. I liked it. It should be implemented in more workplaces. If you’re on a desk eight hours a day, it’s a nice break to get your mind off your computer screen. It’s also healthier than just being at your desk for lunch. You enjoy the outside, and it’s a beautiful day. It helps with stress relief as well. I’ll be coming back out here.”
