“I think this office not only provides great patient care but we bring a sense of home,” says Sonia Ramos, site manager for the UCLA Health Pacific Palisades Family Medicine clinic. “We feel like a family. When you come in the office, you are greeted by our wonderful staff and medical assistants. I think the patients benefit from knowing that it’s comfortable to come in. I come to work every day with a smile, knowing I’m going to be able to help a patient or support my team. I really enjoy what I do and am happy to work for UCLA Health.”
