“You can feel the energy; there are so many people to spread the love to and support,” says Ashley Hagelstein, a UCLA Health employee who volunteered at the UCLA Health booth during the PRIDE Parade. “We’re giving out free gifts for people who spin the wheel. They can get fans, stickers, we have little hankies and more. It’s super important that UCLA Health has a presence here. We’re all about the patient and the community. We support everybody and who they are. Everybody matters and it feels incredible to be part of this.”
