Wanted the Best
When Pichona was f-sister went to the 4, her older half sister went to the hospital due to pain in her back. She had an ultrasound and was found to be positive for a genetic cancer. So, they wanted to see if siblings had the same issue. Since they weren't sure if it was passed down by mother or father, they did extensive family testing. It was determined to come from the father's side and several other members have cancer.
Due to living in Orange County, the thought was to go to CHOC but a doctor there recommended UCLA as they have more experience,
Dr. Livhits did the surgery and all has gone weill. Pichona at age 5 is playing and eating and about to start kindergarden. The family is thankful and happy.
