Unexpected Surgery Due to Hypothyroidism
I originally had heart palpitations which is when I found out I had hyperthyroidism. I was then referred to an endocrinologist when they discovered that my thyroid levels were really high. That was when I found out I needed a total thyroidectomy done. I felt very comfortable about the surgery team and the rest of the staff. My recovery process has been great and there is very little pain. My hospital stay was also great. The doctors saw me everyday and I felt well cared for. Everything was well explained and went as expected. My overall experience: Dr. Livhits was a great surgeon and the care provided for my particular disease was great from beginning to end.
