A Plus
I work for an ENT. He was buying an ultrasound machine and was testing the machine on his staff. When it was my turn, he noticed a lymph node on the right side and then on the left. He told me I should see an endocrinologist. This was late in 2010.
I was diagnosed with a papillary carcinoma. I had surgery which involved a total thyroidectomy. I was having follow-ups every 3-6 months but it was growing. There was also scar tissue. Eventually I was referred to Dr. Yeh.
Dr. Yeh recommended another surgery. I postponed that due to other commitments and conflicts. I waited 2-3 years. Dr. Yeh said we should operate. This was in February of 2016.
The surgery went well and Dr. Yeh was great and also very kind. I did not have any speech problems following the surgery which I had anticipated.
Today I got a clean bill of health and Dr. Yeh said I got an A+!
