Choosing comfort at UCLA
“I’m old, I’ve been spending a lot of time at the doctor’s and that’s why I’m here,” says Judy Leach, chuckling as she talks about what brought her to the Clark Urology Center at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. “I had bladder cancer, but now it’s gone so I’m here for my six-month check-up. I had cancer two years ago and was treated here at UCLA. Everything here is done really well. I didn’t have any problems and it wasn’t a long recovery. After today I’m probably down to a once-a-year check-up. I like being at UCLA, I think I get really good care here. (I’ve been to other hospitals) and I like it here better, I feel more comfortable.”
