I recently just had the gastric sleeve done October 10th my start weight was 228 pounds I am now 209. I been home 1 day after surgery and I am still in a lot of pain. I am on percocets (not a fan of taken meds but is definitely needed) I have heard this drug very addictive so trying not take at all but I have too. On other note I am not hungry but I do get upset when see food I used to eat sometimes its discouraging but then I realize why I did this surgery. Take it one day at a time. I'm excited to see my changes throughout my life. Just wish the pain wasn't so intense at times or wish could sleep more then 2 hours at night but hasn't been a week yet so hoping for a awesome next week. So good luck to anyone out there interested or who has had surgery know it's not always easy but always worth it.
