Forever Grateful

I moved to Los Angeles 10 years ago from Northern VA. My husband and I had always wanted to move to SoCal but when talk got serious we always came back to "after 22 years with "Dr X" we'll never find another who could take such good care of me." Well the opportunity presented itself and we decided to take the plunge and move. Believe it or not "Dr. X" gave me the number of a Dr. to contact at UCLA. They had met years ago at a conference but unfortunately that Dr. was no longer taking patients so the receptionist made an appointment for me with Dr. Alan Gorn. What a gift she unknowingly gave me! I have never had a doctor so able to know and understand the complexities of my health - and from Day 1. If I didn't know better I'd think he had been caring for me since my diagnosis 42 years ago. Dr. Gorn is so insightful, caring, and knowledgeable beyond belief. He values that I am very tuned to my body and I know he is always there if I need him. These past 10 years have been the healthiest years of my life and for that I am ever so grateful to Dr. Gorn.
