UCLA saved my mom!
On Feb 4, 2012 I thought it was a regular day, but I got a phone call says my mom was being rushed to the hospital because she was in a accident. I later found out it was pedestrian vs car and not just a regular car accident. She was in critical condition and would be rushed into surgery the next day. She broke her leg in three places below her knee, they put a metal rod for the break, and the car tire rolled over her leg and took her skin off she had to have a skin graph. UCLA took good care of me and her the days we were there. I thought my 21st birthday would not turn out to anything like that but it did, and UCLA helped me get through the 8 long months she had to recover with physical therapy, multiple surgeries and the emotional spiral. UCLA saved my moms life! Thank you so much.
