Amazing stuff
Recently my mother was in ER and after that had a surgery in UCLA Ronald Reagan Center. Everyone in ER and in the hospital (East 7th floor) was friendly, kind and informative and very knowledgeable. They were all ready to answer any question my mother had, and encouraged her to ask anything. Every nurse let her know what was going to happen and what to expect every step of the process. She never felt rushed or ignored, she was kept very warm and the nurses did everything in their power to see that her pain was kept to a minimum.
Especially great thank you to Carclea who is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just great overall.
I cannot say enough good things about this hospital
